Below is a list of the Missionaries and Ministries that Providence Presbyterian Church supports both in prayer and financially.  This financial support is provided entirely by the Grace of our Lord. 

  
LOCAL MERCY MINISTRIES
  • Albuquerque Rescue Mission is striving to permanently end homelessness, in the lives of men, women and children. The Rescue Mission is transforming lives through the power of God's love.                 
  • Joy Junction  is a place of refuge for those who have been forced out into the streets. Joy Junction is committed to helping homeless men, women, children and families in Albuquerque, by providing food,clothing, shelter and safety.

PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN AMERICA (PCA) MINISTIRIES

  • Mel Pike is with Mission to the World and serving in Odessa, Ukraine. They have been instrumental in church plants and there is a growing, giving church body with regular attendees who are able to provide for the basic needs of the church.
  • Churches of the Presbytery of the Southwest is a listing of all the current PCA churches in Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas.
  • Seima and Naoko Aoyagi Having being ordained under PCA on October 2010, Seima is now called to go back to Japan to be involved in a church plant movement in Tokyo, one of the largest and fastest growing cities in the world with 35 million people, yet with one of the smallest Christian presence of 0.22%. The ministry Seima will join is a collaborative work of MTW and Redeemer Church in NY and is an attempt to start a movement that produces churches that are gospel-centered, grace-based, and missional in nature.
  • Dal & Beth Stanton serve with  Mission to the World in Sofia, Bulgaria.  Dal is currently serving as Team Leader for the Church Planting Team in Bulgaria.   
  • Jeff & Heather Vaughn serve with  Mission to the World in Costa Rica. They have been missionaries with MTW since 2006.
  • Dan & Becky Young serve with Mission to the World along the border of the Mexico and the United States. They are participating in multicultural church planting as well as teaching Dan is teaching at the San Pablo Seminary in Juarez.
  • Moisés & Lourdes Zapata serve with Presbyterian Evangelistic Fellowship. He is restructuring the curriculum that will be used throughout Mexico to train church leaders. 
  • Aaron & Leticia Zapata  serves with Mission to North America-San Pablo.  He currently serves as Sub-Director for San Pablo Seminary in Juarez. 
  • Clay & Darlene Quarterman also serve with Mission to the World in Kiev, Ukraine. They have been involved in church planting, humanitarian aide, theological education, as well as raising money for church buildings.

  • MERF Middle East Reformed Fellowship (MERF) is an evangelical Christian missionary organization which serves in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia on behalf of Reformed and Presbyterian Family of Churches and believers worldwide. Our work is bearing fruit for the Kingdom of Christ among the twenty-two nations of the Arab League and other Muslim areas in Africa and Asia. MERF strengthens national churches with ministries of evangelism, church extension, biblical training, and diaconal aid.

  • Care Net Pregnancy Center of Albuquerque  Care Net Pregnancy Center of Albuquerque provides a safe place for women and their families to explore their options related to pregnancy and their future. We fulfill this mission by being the most trusted faith-based provider of confidential, loving support and free services, including limited medical care.
  • The Ranches, Inc.
    The Ranches programs offer help, hope and healing to children and families through residential care, voluntary foster care and older children adoption, family therapy, and parenting classes. Our goal, whenever possible, is to help families stay together.
