ELDERS
DEACONS
DAN DeCOSTA has been a member of Providence since 2005. I was saved by the grace of God in 1995. I came to PPC looking for a church that faithfully taught the Word of God. I stayed because of the grace i saw the church officers and congregation show to each other and the visitors. I have been a deacon since 2008. "Who were born, not of blood, nor the will of the flesh, nor the will of man, but of God." John 1:13 as well as "He must increase, but I must increase." John 3:30 are a couple of my favorite verses.

I remember moving to Albuquerque in 1984 and being almost dragged to a Bible study started by some Presbyterians! Aren't they liberal? I soon discovered they are not! At least the PCA kind. As we watched things develop and grow I realized this was where I wanted to be. Except for a few years of absence we have been with this church from the very beginning and have grown tremendously in our spiritual lives. I'm so thankful to God for bringing us home to Providence! RITA HAAS Children's Sunday School Coordinator We moved to Albuquerque from Indiana in 2011 shortly after our first son was born. Because we were living far away from family, adjusting to new jobs, and caring for a newborn it was such a blessing to become members of the warm church family at Providence. Recently God has blessed us with another little boy. We are overjoyed to be raising both our boys in this caring church community. |
